School Fund

At The Bridge, we strive to provide our students with the highest levels of education and the widest range of learning opportunities but we need your help to maintain the volume of funding needed to facilitate this which is why we have a school fund.

For the benefit all Bridge students, the School Fund is used to:

  • broaden and enrich the educational experience on offer to our students
  • support and develop extra-curricular activities
  • finance the distinctive events and traditions that make up The Bridge year
  • augment the facilities and resources available to The Bridge students
  • encourage the school improvement work of the School Council

Your support is highly appreciated and assists the school to develop many activities and initiatives that would not otherwise be possible. We realise that money is tight for everyone but every little helps and collectively makes a huge difference to our students.

There are a number of ways to provide support which are outlined below and whichever you choose, we thank you.

How to make Voluntary Contributions

Monthly donation

The most helpful form of financial support is a commitment to a regular donation.  An average donation of £120 per pupil per year (£10 each month), for example, would give us an annual School Fund income in excess of £100,000.  A reliable School Fund income of this proportion would enable us not only to maintain our existing extra-curricular offering, but also to make considerable improvements to the resources and the opportunities available.  Regular giving – at any level – assists our longer-term financial planning.

One-off donations

Single gifts are also, of course, much appreciated. This can be done here
